Saving the best til last
The We Make the Music Tour winds to a close this week. What a road its been! Great people and great times all along the way.
This Thursday 19 May we will be hitting the stage at Sydneys famous Annandale Hotel for the official launch of our We Make the Music album. It all starts at 8:30pm and is $10 to get in. There’ll be giveaways and great music, Leadfinger will be augmented by Brent Williams (The New Christs) on the keys in a one off showcase of album highlights, one liners and fashion faux pas.
Special guests are The Scruffs (reformed esp for the night… they feature legendary Sydney musos – Bill Gibson, Matt Galvin, Ryan Ellsemore and Stu Wilson) and Raprager (feat Sarah of Nitocris fame and Mark from Atomicide)….given the shared music connections of all 3 bands, bit of a family re-union is one comment we heard, should be a memorable night. Then Saturday night, being the 21st May we scoot up the coast to Lismore for The Mazstock Festival and a rendezvous with The Scientists, The New Christs, The Re-Mains, Hits, 6ft Hick and other local legends of the Australian underground rock scene.
